1.How to connect phone?---------

✔First, you can scan the QR code of the smartwatch APP in the manual and install it on your phone.

✔Second, please open the app and allow it to get necessary authority so as to active smartwatch function.(Some smartphones will refuse to allow it. You need to give it permissions manually, Setting--> APP Manager--> "WearHealth"-->Click and allow all permissions.

✔Third, please add the smartwatch app into the white list. Or it will be closed by phone system, which will cause connection unstable. Bluetooth will be disconnected when the user exits the APP. Please keep the APP running, when using the watch.

✔Finally, open Bluetooth and APP; then find the watch name"kw20-**"in APP; Final connected.（Pls update phone's system to newest if failed or contact with sell to get vedio）

2.Cannot get SMS ?---------Click "More Reminder" in APP. Then authorize related permissions. Only message/call reminder. No call reply and write features.(Pls contact seller to get vedio)

3. The screen is not working?---------Water will cause the screen to not work and cannot be charged. We do not recommend using it in water.

4.Full touch screen?---------No. User should tap the bottom area of the screen to control watch.

5. How to set time or language ? ---------- Time and language will be automatically synchronized after connection.
